Student video conference Exchange with a school in Glasgow

8 October 2021

Most of our students are multilingual both on campus and at home. This is a positive aspect that we embrace in our approach to learning.

This week our English Primary students had a video conference with a school in Glasgow, Scotland. The students they met learn in Gaelic, which is very rare as only 1.1% of the Scottish population speaks this language. They also study French, and therefore the exchange included songs and poems in English, French and Gaelic.

They all enjoyed it so much they now want to become penpals!
