2026 exam results Congratulations

8 July 2026

The 2025–2026 academic year has drawn to a close on an especially positive note. Once again, our students have distinguished themselves through their outstanding examination results. Nearly 60% of the offers they received from UK universities came from institutions belonging to the Russell Group, which brings together the United Kingdom’s leading research-intensive universities. Our students will therefore go on to study at internationally renowned institutions such as the University of Oxford, Stanford University, Imperial College London, EPFL, McGill University, TU Delft, the London School of Economics, and Erasmus University Rotterdam. These achievements are, above all, a testament to their hard work, commitment and perseverance, while also reflecting the high quality of the guidance and education provided by our school.

Students in the French Section achieved a 100% pass rate in the French Baccalauréat. Of these, 91% were awarded honours (mentions), including 38.7% who achieved the highest distinction, Mention Très Bien. A quarter of these students also received the Jury’s Congratulations, an exceptional distinction. In addition, 31.8% were awarded Mention Bien and 20.4% received Mention Assez Bien.

Students in the English Section achieved a 97% pass rate in the International Baccalaureate (IB). Their average score was 36 points, well above the global average of 30.88 points. Twenty per cent of students scored 40 points or more, while one student achieved the maximum possible score of 45 points.

Our students’ outstanding achievements were also reflected in the Diplôme National du Brevet (DNB). They achieved a 100% pass rate, with 96.5% of students being awarded honours. Among the graduates, 50% received the highest distinction, Mention Très Bien, and almost half of them were also awarded the Jury’s Congratulations. In addition, 28.7% of students earned a Mention Bien and 17.8% a Mention Assez Bien. For the first time in the school’s history, one student achieved a perfect score of 400/400, equivalent to 20/20 in every examination.

Congratulations to all our students on their dedication and hard work throughout the year, and on these excellent results. IIL is delighted to welcome them to the IIL Alumni network.
