IIL is embarking on a fascinating planetarium project. In the STEAM laboratory, students of all levels and from both sections have started building a geodesic dome. Using both 3D printing, various tools and modeling techniques, they design and create together this amazing geometric shape that will soon become an essential element of the outdoor courtyard. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thanks to a video projection on a spherical mirror, students will be able to live an immersive experience to discover and contemplate the solar system, the galaxies and the secrets of the universe. This dome will allow children of all ages to learn about astronomy and will also be a great field of exploration for the audio-visual program and the graphic arts at IIL.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
