True to the spirit of innovation that drives its mission, our international school is a pioneer in the use of information technology in education.

Information technologies are at the heart of models used to describe 21st century skills.

The IIL approach recognises that students are more likely to acquire solid skills in information technology when using it on a daily basis in their learning environment, that is to say, if technology is seamlessly integrated in teaching and learning strategies.

Our private school seeks to identify and above all, to encourage strategies likely to bring added value to the activities of the students, by transforming teaching and learning strategies through the use of new technologies.

The underlying model of this research, the value of which has already been proven through multiple achievements, is fourfold:

  1. building knowledge by enriching available sources

  2. strengthening collaborative skills through the use of the most effective tools in the field

  3. increasing motivation by communicating results via multi-media tools

  4. reinforcing differentiation

Our private school uses various means to reinforce this approach:

  1. quality equipment and infrastructure

  2. skilled IT teams

  3. development of in-house capacities in software solutions

Particular attention is paid to data and user protection. User protection relies on:

  • teacher competence and awareness

  • control of access and content at school through a firewall

  • remote control of student devices, control of profiles defined by request from educational leaders or parents
