IIL’s 5th International Careers Convention is warming up

On 5th November 2015, IIL will celebrate the 5th International Careers Convention. Students from both the English and French sections will meet distinguished professionals and attend presentations genuinely designed for them.

With the presence of 33 professionals and 9 presentations already confirmed, the 2015 edition is building on the following four pillars that ensured the success of our previous events, where students were provided with the opportunity to

• Meet experts and discuss future opportunities within different career areas
• Learn the skills required for lifelong learning in the 21st century
• Understand how different careers interlink on the global stage
• Forge links with professionals to fully appreciate the world of work

Specific attention has been paid to giving the presentations their dedicated space in order to ensure an optimal experience for all.

We are looking forward to welcoming all students from Year 8/5e to Year 13/Terminale and invited guests to this event. As usual, all guests will be guided and supported by senior IB students. The running of this event is student led, and will provide leadership experience for those involved.
