Under the guidance of experienced trainers, professional mountain guides and coaches, they take part in a variety of outdoor activities and learn to face challenges. Staff and teachers  from our international school are on hand to help meet students' needs and to ensure they will be able to follow up effectively on the learning outcomes back at school.

Objectives and learning outcomes

Objectives of the IIL Student Leadership Programme and Camp can be categorised within four main areas of development:

1. Learning skills
Use effective strategies for learning and take intiatives now and in the future.
2. Time management and leadership
Manage time and resources effectively by setting short and long term goals, by making useful choices and by learning from everyday situations.
3. Teamwork
Develop their own natural skills to use within a team and to create synergy.
4. Communication and interpersonal skills
